A South-Indian kitchen whose heart lies in Andhra-style idli, dosas, sambar and coconut chutneys. Naturally vegetarian and light, so you can return to movement, dance and sound without feeling heavy.

How eating flows

Food is woven around the program so there are no queues and no waiting, batch-cooked at peak hours, made-to-order when there's time to savour.

Chai & lemonade station

Self-service masala chai and fresh nimbu pani (classic & mint-ginger), with plant milk on the side, a natural meeting point by the patio.

Coconut ladoo, date-and-nut energy balls, warm sooji halwa and fresh cut fruit, refilled through the day.

Brunch set plate

A single fixed plate per day, pre-plated and ready after morning practice. Optional ₹300 token bought on-site.

12:00–21:00

Lunch & dinner menu

A short à-la-carte menu: this is when the dosa shines, made to order without time pressure. Paid directly to the café.

Two plates, two mornings

The menu rotates between Day 1 and Day 2, so two-day guests enjoy variety. Everything hot is batch-cooked and held warm, plated assembly-line while you finish yoga.

A rice-and-lentil base means much of the menu is naturally gluten-free, and ghee is easily swapped for oil to keep dishes fully vegan.
